Partner Roundtable: Community & Collaboration

An Invitation-Only Collaborative Conversation

Program Overview

Partner Roundtable: Community & Collaboration is a facilitated, small-group gathering designed to bring together partner organizations, community leaders, nonprofit professionals, and locally rooted businesses for meaningful dialogue and relationship-building.

This program is not a lecture or networking event. It is a guided roundtable experience focused on trust, shared understanding, and exploring opportunities for collaboration that support Hawaiʻi’s communities.

Participants will engage in intentional conversation, listen to diverse perspectives, and connect with others working across sectors — creating space for future partnerships rooted in mutual respect and shared responsibility.

Program Goals

  • Strengthen relationships between organizations, nonprofits, and community leaders

  • Create space for honest dialogue and shared understanding

  • Encourage cross-sector collaboration and long-term partnerships

  • Build trust through intentional, small-group conversation

  • Support a more connected and resilient local community ecosystem

Who Should Attend

This program is designed for:

How the Program Works

Participants will be seated in small roundtable groups and guided through a series of facilitated discussions.

Rather than presentations or pitches, the focus is on dialogue, listening, and shared reflection.

The program is structured to allow both small-group conversation and cross-table sharing, helping participants identify common goals, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration.

Following the formal session, participants are invited to continue conversations informally over dinner at nearby locations.
